This paper briefly described the components of highway and highway electromechanical engineering,analyzed the elements of highway electromechanical engineering construction management,and discussed the highway construction schedule,electromechanical engineering con-struction drawings design,construction site management and equipment installation,commissioning,operation and other management matter, provided condition for the highway smoothly operation.%简述了高速公路与高速公路机电工程的组成部分，据此分析了高速公路机电工程施工管理的要素，并对公路施工进度、机电工程施工图纸设计、施工现场管理及设备安装、调试、运行等管理事项作了论述，为公路的顺利运营提供了条件。
