旧房建筑混凝土结构加固施工技术

摘要

为延长旧房建筑的使用寿命，对传统的混凝土加固技术以及近年来新型的混凝土结构加固技术进行了阐述，主要探讨了外包钢加固法、粘钢加固法、预应力加固法的使用措施，以提高结构加固的施工水平。%In order to prolong the life span of old buildings, the paper illustrates the traditional concrete consolidation technique and new consoli-dation techniques of the concrete structures, and mainly explores steel-encased method, steel bonding method, prestressed consolidation method, so as to improve the construction of the structural consolidation.
