高层住宅地基处理方案设计综述

摘要

介绍了目前存在的高层结构的地基处理方案，主要对地基填料换填夯实地基法、CFG桩处理法进行了分析和概括，并研究了高层住宅地基处理方案设计的发展方向，对现在建筑工程建设水平的提高具有重要的现实意义。%The paper introduces the foundation treatment schemes at the high-rise structures, analyzes and surveys the foundation padding re-placement, dynamic foundation method, and CFG pile treatment method, and researches the development for the design of the foundation treat-ment scheme of the high-rise buildings, so it is meaningful for improving the construction standards.
