空间钢管桁架皮带廊设计与优化

摘要

介绍了空间管桁架作为架空皮带的承重体系，受力合理，节省用料的特点，通过计算研究实际工程中空间钢管桁架皮带廊结构体系，分析了其受力性能，并给出合理优化杆件截面设计建议，同时研究了相同外部条件下，不同跨度钢管桁架的用钢量，比较出优化跨度，为实际工程应用提供参考。%Space steel tube truss as the bearing system of the conveyer corridor whose load-bearing is reasonable and material is saving. The paper analyzes the stress mechanism,optimize the member section and put forward the design advice,through calculating and studying the structure of space steel tube truss belt conveyer corridor. Study the steel consumption of the space steel tube truss having different span in the same outside condition,give the reference to the practical project.
