From the construction cost,quality,schedule,safety four aspects,this paper elaborated the main contents of construction project management,analyzed the matters needing attention in each management work,conducive to enhance the project management level of construc-tion engineering,made the construction enterprises to obtain the best economic and social benefits.%从施工成本、质量、进度、安全四方面，阐述了建筑工程项目管理的主要内容，分析了各项管理工作中的注意事项，有利于提升建筑工程的项目管理水平，使建筑企业取得最佳的社会经济效益。
