稽察技术在重大建设项目管理中的应用研究

摘要

The paper interprets the definition of the auditing of the important construction programs,introduces the main approaches and means in the auditing,and analyzes some problems in the auditing process from the program preparation,bidding,contract management,and financial management,so as to point out some solution strategies for these problems.%解释了重大建设项目稽察的定义，介绍了稽察的方式及主要做法，并从项目前期准备、招投标、合同管理、财务管理等方面，分析了稽察过程中存在的问题，最后提出了问题的解决策略。
