建筑工程招投标阶段造价控制措施研究

摘要

The paper introduces the regression analysis method in the bidding of architectural projects,and explores the cost control measures in the bidding phase of the projects from the compilation of bidding documents,engineering bill compilation,and promotion of the reasonable bid-ding prices,so it is meaningful for the general cost control in architectural projects.%介绍了回归分析法在建筑工程招投标中的应用，从招标文件编制、工程量清单编制、提升招标控制价合理性等方面，探讨了建筑工程招投标阶段的造价控制措施，对建筑工程总体造价控制有一定的意义。
