The PaPer introduces the develoPment of screw Pile and long-screw drill grouting Pile,analyzes their similarities by combining with the two engineering Programs,and indicates their differences from the loading mechanism of Piles,aPPlied scoPes,and holing controlling Points,so as to Provide some reference for the tyPe design of the two Piles.%介绍了螺杆桩与长螺旋钻孔压灌桩的发展历程，结合两个工程项目，分析了两种桩的相似性，并从桩的承载机理、适用范围、成孔控制要点等方面，论述了两者的差异性，为两种桩的选型设计提供依据。
