This paper introduced the concept of foundation settlement,elaborated the method through the Excel spreadsheet edit formula to calcu-late the foundation settlement,pointed out that the calculation process and result straightforward,easy to master,embodied the convenience of Excel spreadsheet in engineering application.%介绍了地基沉降量的概念，阐述了通过 Excel 表格编辑公式计算地基沉降量的方法，指出计算过程和结果浅显易懂，易于掌握，体现了 Excel 表格在实际工程应用中的便利性。
