BIM 在高校基建工程造价管理中的应用

摘要

In view of the university capital construction project,this paper analyzes the current problems of engineering cost management mode, it puts forward the prospect of using BIM technology and draw the conclusion:the capital construction of colleges and universities have both mem-ber with own talent and the engineering practice,this two advantages can be used as a breakthrough for the development of BIM technology promo-tion,and it can also provide experience for the promotion of BIM technology.%针对高校基建工程，分析目前工程造价管理模式存在的问题，结合 BIM 技术优势，提出建议：高校基建处拥有人才和工程实践的双重优势，应该率先推广 BIM 技术，为其在全国的大面积实施积累工程造价方面的经验。
