建筑工程造价精细化管理模式的创建

摘要

针对我国工程造价管理工作中存在的问题，分析了工程造价精细化管理的必要性及内涵，总结了精细化管理所取得的理论成果及 BIM 技术成果，并基于建设工程全寿命周期，建立了工程造价精细化管理模式。%In view of the existing problems in our engineering cost management work,this paper analyzed the necessity and connotation of engi-neering cost fine management,summarized the fine management theory achievements and BIM technology achievements,and based on the whole life cycle of construction engineering,established the fine management mode of engineering cost.
