自制穿心式压力传感器在预应力桥梁工程中的应用

摘要

通过对自制穿心式压力传感器的工作原理、结构特点和稳定性测试三个方面的阐述，结合具体试验项目，探索了自制穿心式压力传感器在桥梁工程中的应用价值，试验结果表明：自制穿心式压力传感器数据稳定可靠、适应性强，可用于桥梁预应力结构的张拉应力控制，降低施工难度，节约了工程成本。%By the elaboration of working principle,structural features and testing stability of self-made bushing type pressure sensor,exploring the application value of self-made bushing type pressure sensor in prestressed bridge engineering combined with the specific project. The results show that:self-made bushing type pressure sensor is stable,reliable and strong adaptable. It can be used for the tensile stress control,releasing the difficulty of construction,saving the cost of the project.
