以某炼钢厂的改造建设为例，对设备更新所涉及的结构改造方法进行了分析，从设计与实施方面进行了论述，提出了投资少、工期短的改造方法，达到了新设备安装的工艺要求，解决了投资迅速见效与改造周期长之间矛盾的问题。%Taking the steel mill transformation as an example,the paper analyzes the structural transformation methods owning to equipment reno-vation,carries out a discussion from aspects of design and implementation,puts forward transformation methods with merits of few investment and short construction duration. As a result,it meets new equipment installation technology demands and solves the contradictory between fast invest-ment efficiency and long transformation duration.
