造粒塔施工技术

摘要

With an introduction on the prilling tower engineering conditions of the chemical plant,starting from aspects of sliding mode device computation,assembling and slipping,the paper introduces construction technologies of tower body and elevator shearing wall sliding template, and summarizes special prilling tower parts processing measures and construction safety measures,and finally points out that:the application of slipping template in the engineering not only speeds up construction schedule,but also achieves optimal economic benefits.%简述了某化工厂造粒塔的工程概况,从滑模装置计算、组装、滑升等方面,介绍了塔体及电梯间剪力墙滑升模板的施工技术,并总结了造粒塔特殊部位的处理措施以及施工安全措施,指出该工程采用滑升模板施工,加快了施工进度,取得了最佳的经济效益.
