The paper introduces the risk aims and grades of the highway extension projects,establishes the evaluation index system with various risk evaluation aims by the calculation analysis,develops and proves the risk evaluation system,and points out the evaluation results is reliable.%介绍了公路改建工程的风险目标与风险等级,通过计算分析,建立了不同风险评价目标的评价指标体系,并对风险评价系统进行了开发验证,指出该风险评价系统的评价结果具有一定的可靠性.
