多重灾害下城市既有老旧砌体结构房屋检测鉴定

摘要

结合工程实例,介绍了地震和火灾后老旧砌体结构房屋检测鉴定的内容及方法,分析与评价了房屋结构的损伤程度,找出了结构的薄弱环节,为灾后房屋的加固处理提供了依据.%Combining with engineering examples,the paper introduces detection identification contents and methods of old masonry-structure hou-ses after seismic and fire disasters,analyzes and evaluates damage degree of house structure,and finally finds out structural defects,which has provided some basis for housing reinforcement treatment after disasters.
