文化视角下的小城市总体规划探索——以青海省循化撒拉族自治县城市总体规划为例

摘要

以全国唯一的撒拉族自治县循化为例，在分析归纳城市文化特色的基础上，全面评价文化对于城市发展的作用，在文化视角下通过4个方面探索小城市总体规划编制的新思路：扬长避短，明确特色文化小城的发展定位；因地制宜，选择符合地域文化的空间模式；尊重风俗，完善特色公共服务设施配置；文脉相承，引入总体城市设计，延续传统城市历史风貌。%　　Based on a study of urban culture characteristics, this paper takes Xunhua as an example to explore a new approach on town master plan. Solutions include four parts from culture perspective:properly define the development orientation of the smal town;choose the optimal space model in keeping with local environment;respect the customs, improve the special public service facilities;carry out the overal urban design and the conservation plan of historic sites.
