城市不成套危旧住宅原地改造方式探索--以上海闸北区彭三小区的实践为例

摘要

With Reconstruction of the Pengsan Residence in Shanghai Zhabei District, which is built in the 1960s and old dangerous not suite apartment as an example, the article summarizes the different ways of reconstruct at former site, such as flat change into slope, retention or expansion of kitchen and toilet, removal or rebuilding at former site, team group removed or the whole piece removed, the overal planning and rebuilding and so on, attempts to explore a new method which can improve residents’ living conditions without relocation.%以建于上世纪60年代前后、不成套危旧住宅为主的上海闸北区彭三小区为例，总结了城市旧住宅区平改坡、保留扩建厨卫、原地拆除重建、局部小组团拆除新建乃至小区整片拆除、整体规划改造等不同的原地改建方式以及其实践的启示，试图探索城市不成套危旧住宅区以非动迁、原地改造方式改善居民居住条件的新方法。
