基于SWOT分析的交通发展策略研究--以上海虹桥商务区为例

摘要

在对上海虹桥商务区整体交通资源进行全面SWOT分析和研究的基础上，从上海城市交通资源布局、对外交通联系、与市域交通联系等方面出发，提出了完善上海对外交通枢纽布局，充分发挥虹桥枢纽功能，注重构建便捷、可达性强的综合性交通体系，强化区域交通微循环系统，构建区域一体化管理平台，构建相对独立的会展交通系统，倡导“TOD”开发模式和职住平衡等交通发展策略。%This paper makes a comprehensive SWOT analysis on transportation resources of Hongqiao Business District (HongqiaoCBD), studies Shanghai urban transportation resources allocation, external transport convergence, the city’s transport links. An integrated transportation system is proposed, which will improve Shanghai’s external transportation hub’s capability, give full play to Hongqiao CBD’s role, build convenient and easily accessible integrated transport system, strengthen regional transportation microcirculation system, build regional integration management platform and independent exhibition traffic system. The proposed transportation system wel embodies“TOD”development mode and business-live balance strategy.
