开发区可持续发展若干问题的思考与探讨--以上海金桥经济技术开发区为例

Economic and technological development zone, the window of China, is an important strategy of economic reform. It has played an important role during the process of industrialization and urbanization. In the past 20 years, many changes appeared in society, economy, industry, population, environment and urban space, which were chal enges to development zone. To solve these problems, we need a long-term perspective and attach importance on innovation. At the same time, a human-oriented idea should be emphasized to realize the object of regional co-ordination and the industry-city integration.This article gives a discussion about how to advance development zone with the times in a sustainable way based on the analysis of Gold Bridge economic and technological development zone, and summarizes the implementation of planning, including industrial park, living area, amenities and infrastructures.%开发区作为我国对外开放的窗口和经济改革的重要举措，在工业化、城镇化进程中，发挥着重要的示范、辐射和带动作用。经过20多年来的发展，开发区面临着社会、经济、产业、人口、环境以及城市空间等要素的变化。这就要求开发区更应强调城市的长远发展和创新提升，区域的统筹发展和产城融合，更加突出“以人为本”的发展理念。以金桥经济技术开发区为例，通过对开发区产业园区、生活园区以及公建配套、基础设施的规划和实施情况的梳理、分析，对如何与时俱进、促进开发区可持续发展的若干问题进行思考与探讨。
