微酸性电解水对物体表面擦拭消毒的效果评价

             

摘要

目的 探讨微酸性电解水在医院儿科物体表面擦拭消毒中的效果.方法 于2012年1月应用微酸性电解水和500 mg/L有效氯溶液对医院儿科床旁桌台面进行擦拭消毒,分别在消毒前,消毒后5min、4h和8h进行微生物采样,比较两种消毒液的细菌杀菌率和消毒的持久性.结果 微酸性电解水对物体表面擦拭消毒后5 min的细菌杀菌率为99.32%,优于500 mg/L有效氯溶液的97.74%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).两组台面擦拭消毒后不同时段的细菌总数均有上升,且消毒8h后两组的细菌总数均> 10 CFU/cm2的国家标准,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 微酸性电解水的即时杀菌效果优于含氯消毒剂,且安全、环保,但物体表面消毒后易再次污染,可增加消毒的频率.%Objective To evaluate the disinfection efficacy of a novel disinfectant, slightly acidic electrolyzed water (SLAEW) in surface wiping. Methods In January 2012 the countertops of bedside tables in a hospital were disinfected with SLAEW and 500 mg/L chlorine solution respectively. Microbial samples were collected before disinfection, and 5 min ,4 h and 8 h after disinfection. The bacterial killing rate and the disinfection persistence were compared between the two groups. Results The average bacterial killing rate at 5 min after SLAEW disinfection was 99. 32% ,better than 97. 74% of 500 mg/L chlorine solution(P <0. 01). The average total bacterial counts at different time points after disinfection in the two groups increased. After 8 h the total bacterial counts in both two groups increased, higher than the national standard of 10 cfu/cm2,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The immediate bactericidal effect of SLAEW is superior to chlorine disinfectant in addition to more safety and environmental protection. It is recommended for use in clinic. Because the surface chould be easily recontaminated after disinfection, the disinfection frequency should be increased.
