对6082铝合金施以不同的压缩变形量,并进行530℃固溶1h及175℃时效7h的热处理,再用光学和力学性能测试设备对6082铝合金形变及热处理后的组织和力学性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,形变热处理可以有效地提高6082铝合金的力学性能并在一定程度上改善组织.变形量为30%时,材料的抗拉强度达到最大值.%The 6082 aluminum alloy was compressed with different compression deformation rate, solution treated at 530 ℃ for 1 h, and aged at 175 ℃ for 7 h.The metallurgical microscope and mechanical testing machine was used to study the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6082 aluminum alloy after the thermo mechanical treatment.It was showed that the thermo mechanical treatment could enhance the mechanical properties and improve the microstructure of the 6082 aluminum alloy.The tensile strength of 6082 aluminum alloy reached the maximum when the deformation rate was 30%.
