利用偏光显微镜和扫描电镜研究了高炉风口焦炭被CO2及渣铁侵蚀后的微观组织形貌,并分析了风口焦炭的劣化过程.研究结果表明,焦炭中的灰分在高温作用下会由气孔壁表面析出;C02分子与渣铁经焦炭表面的气孔渗入焦炭,对焦炭的表层进行侵蚀;外层焦炭经过渣铁冲刷、渗碳、燃烧等一系列作用后,粉化并逐层剥离,反应逐渐向焦炭核心进行,焦炭粒径逐渐减小,直至消失.%The microstructure and morphology of tuyere coke eroded by C02,slag and iron in blast furnace were studied by polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope.The deterioration process of tuyere coke was analyzed.The results showed that the ash in the coke can be separated from the surface of pore wall at high temperature.The CO2,slag and iron pores penetrate into the surface of coke and erode the coke pore wall.The surface of coke is chalked and stripped by layers after erosion by slag and iron,carburization and combustion of coke and so on.The reaction conducts from the surface to the core of coke,which indicates the particle size of coke becomes smaller and the particles disappear finally.
