制备了一种00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu3Ti0.9Al0.4马氏体时效不锈钢,经冷轧变形和时效处理后,其硬度可达55 HRC,抗拉强度达2310 MPa.冷轧并时效的试样的点蚀电位高于固溶态试样.随着冷轧变形率从63%增加到85%,钢的点蚀电位略有提高,从370 mV增加到了410 mV.经85%冷轧变形和440 ℃时效4 h后,该马氏体时效不锈钢在模拟海水3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀失重速率为0.27×10-3g·m-2·h-1,且有大量ε-Cu和Ni3(Ti,Al)相析出,具有较高的强度和良好的耐蚀性能.%Samples of 00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu3Ti0.9Al0.4 maraging stainless steel were prepared,which exhibited as high hardness as 55 HRC and as high tensile strength as 2 310 MPa after cold rolling deformation followed by aging treatment. Pitting potential of the sample cold-rolled and then aged was higher than that of the sample solution treated. With the increase of cold rolling deformation rate from 63% to 85%,the pitting potential of the steel increased slightly from 370 mV to 410 mV. After being cold-rolled to deformation rate of 85% and aged at 440℃ for 4 h,the maraging stainless steel offered weight loss rate of 0.27×10 -3g·m-2·h-1in a simulated sea water with 3.5% NaCl,and had a large amount of precipitated phases such as ε-Cu and Ni3(Ti,Al),as well as higher strength and good corrosion resistance.
