上海市嘉定区华亭农村老年人心理健康调查与分析

摘要

目的：调查上海嘉定区华亭农村老年人的心理健康状况。方法：2015年1月，利用Zung焦虑抑郁量表，通过问卷调查方式对参加调查的120位老年人进行焦虑和抑郁调查。结果：120位受调查的人群中，焦虑人群占13.3%，抑郁人群占16.7%。在无焦虑的人群中有50%已经十分接近焦虑的判定标准，无抑郁的人群中有44%已经接近抑郁的判定标准。女性受调查者相比于男性，更加容易受到不良情绪的影响。结论：华亭农村老年人的心理健康状况相对乐观，但潜在焦虑或抑郁的人群，需要受到更多来自社会和家庭的关心和关注。%Objective:To investigate the rural elderly mental health in Huating Community of Jiading District, Shanghai.Methods:In Jan. 2015, the anxiety and depression were investigated in 120 elderly people with the questionnaire of Zung’s anxiety and depression scale.Results:In 120 of the population investigated, the anxiety population accounted for 13.3%and depression one 16.7%. Among the people without the anxiety and depression, 50% of them were very close to the criterion of anxiety and 44% to the criterion of depression. The female investigated was more susceptible to the bad mood than the male. Conclusion:The mental health of the rural elderly in Huating Community is relatively optimism, but the potential population with the anxiety and depression need the more care and concern from the society and families.
