穴位敷贴联合药饮治疗围绝经期妇女功能性便秘疗效

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of the acu-point application combined with Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) in the treatment of the functional constipation in the perimenopausal women. Methods:From Jan. to Dec. 2014, 60 cases who were diagnosed and treated in the center were collected and divided into a research group and a control one with 30 cases each. The control group was treated with phenolphthalein tablet, and the research one was added with the acu-point application and CHM based on the medication. Two groups were treated for one year and their laxative effect was compared. Results: The abnormal frequency of defecation, associated symptoms, bowel paresthesia, abnormal stool, recurrence, etc. in the patients of the two groups were improved to different extent after the treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rates were 88.67%(26/30)in the research group and 70%(21/30)in the control group and the difference had the statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The acu-point application combined with CHM can effectively improve the functional constipation in the perimenopausal women and is easy operation, low cost and easy promotion.%目的：观察穴位敷贴联合药饮治疗围绝经期妇女功能性便秘的疗效。方法：收集2014年1月至2014年12月诊治的围绝经期妇女功能性便秘患者60例，分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组口服酚酞片治疗，研究组在服药基础上给予穴位敷贴联合药饮治疗，两组均治疗1年，比较两组便秘改善情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的排便频率异常、伴随症状、排便感觉异常、粪便性状异常、复发情况等均有不同程度改善（P＜0.05）。研究组总有效率为88.67%（26/30），对照组为70%（21/30），组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：穴位敷贴联合药饮能有效改善围绝经期妇女功能性便秘症状，且操作简便，费用低廉，易于推广。
