上海实现“成功老龄化社会”的探索与实践

摘要

A number of social problems such as medical care and pension issues in older people emerged with the development of aging society. The strategies for solving these problems were proposed in terms of administrative intervention, personnel training, scientiifc research and so on so as to provide a reference and relfection for the early realization of “successful aging society” in Shanghai.%随着老龄化社会的进程，诸多老年人的医疗、养老等社会问题凸现出来。本文试图从行政干预、人才培养、科学研究等方面探索该问题的解决对策，为上海早日实现“成功老龄化社会”提供借鉴和思考。
