诺和针头用于聚肌胞皮损内注射治疗扁平疣效果

Objective:To explore the effect of nuohe pinhead used in thepolyinosinic intralesional injection treatment of verruca plana.Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, 114 cases of verruca plana were collected and all given polyinosinic intralesional injection. According to the different injection needles, the patients were randomly divided into a nuohe pinhead group (an experiment group) and an original syringe needle group (a control group) with 57 cases each. The perception score of puncture site pain, liquid outlfow of the needle after being pulled out, ifrst injection successful rate, and treatment effect were compared in the two groups.Results: The curative rate of the experimental group was 91.23% (52/57) higher than that 64.91% (37/57) of the control group,P<0.05). The treatment cycle, the pain perception score and the liquid medicine external outflow rate were significantly lower of the experimental group than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). The injection success rate of theexperimental group was 98.25% (56/57) higher than that of the control group 80.70% (46/57) (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Nuohe pinhead has the good effect applied to polyinosinic intralesional injection in the treatment of verruca plana and curative rate is high, and can effectively shorten the course of treatment, reduce the pain, have high injection success rate, and occur less outlfow of liquid medicine, which has high value of clinical application.%目的：探讨诺和针头用于聚肌胞皮损内注射治疗扁平疣的效果。方法：收集2015年1月—2016年1月的扁平疣患者114例，均给予聚肌胞皮损内注射治疗。按注射针头不同，将患者随机分成诺和针头组（试验组）57例和注射器原针头组（对照组）57例。比较两组患者穿刺部位疼痛的感知评分、拔针后药液外流情况、注射成功率和治疗效果。结果：试验组治愈率为91.23%（52/57），高于对照组的64.91%（37/57，P＜0.05）。试验组治疗周期、疼痛感知评分及药液外流量均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组注射成功率为98.25%（56/57），高于对照组的80.70%（46/57，P＜0.05）。结论：诺和针头应用于聚肌胞皮损内注射治疗扁平疣效果较好，治愈率较高，能有效缩短疗程，减轻疼痛，注射成功率高，药液外流发生情况较少，临床应用价值较高。
