比较测量中标准量块与被测量块材质不同时引起的误差分析

摘要

通过对目前使用量块的不同材质特性说明，建立了用比较测量法测量量块的中心长度时标准量块与被测量块材质不同的测量模型，分析了在测量时温度和弹性形变产生的影响及等温处理的意义，给出引起的测量结果修正方法，并通过两个比较实例详细说明，供有关技术人员参考。%This paper through explain the material character of using gauge block at present, build the measurement model of measuring gauge block′s center length in comparative measurement method when the standard gauge and measured block's material are different,analyze the effects of temperature and the elastic deformation at the time of measurement and the significance of the isothermal treatment in detail, offer the modified method of measurement result,and explain through the two comparative examples in detail,providing reference for the technicians.
