归纳总结了大量的超声热量表流量分量检定工作,逐条分析了温度修正、启停效应、台位差、密封垫圈、安装角度、管道翘曲、人为读数等影响超声热量表流量检定结果的各个因素,并进行了多组实验验证,总结出一定的规律。了解这些影响流量检定结果的因素,能够有效提高超声热量表流量检定结果的准确性,对超声热量表及其他流量计的检定工作有一定参考意义。%This paper summarized a lot of flow verification work of ultrasonic heat meter, analyzed temperature correction, start-stop effect, different position, gaskets, installation angle, pipe warp, anthropogenic reading and other inlfuence in the lfow veriifcation work, and conducted several experiments to verify the conclusion, summed up certain rules. Understanding these factors of the flow verification influence, will improve the accuracy of the flow verification results of ultrasonic heat meter. It has reference values for ultrasonic heat meter and other flow meter veriifcation work.
