针对链条锅炉燃烧用煤特点,并在得到有代表性的四种烟煤工业分析条件下,利用热重分析仪对样品的热解特性进行了热重实验。通过对TG、DTG曲线分别进行分析,得到了煤炭的初始失重温度、初始放热温度、最大反应指数、燃烧90%可燃质时间等热解重要参数。同时结合挥发份和焦炭在燃烧过程中的次序,对取得的四种煤炭的着火温度、燃烧最大速度两个重要参数进行了分析。%According to the characteristics of coal combustion in chain boiler, analysis condition of four kinds of coal industry representative, the pyrolysis characteristics of samples using thermogravimetric were investigated by thermogravimetric experiment. Through the analysis of TG、DTG respectively, the initial pyrolysis temperature, the initial exothermic temperature, maximum reaction index, combustion parameters of 90%combustible pyrolysis time were gained. At the same time with the order of volatile and coke in the combustion process, the four kinds of coal combustion ignition temperature, maximum speed of two important parameters are analyzed.
