To study the effect of point injection on the level of sex hormones and hyperplasia of mamary glands in rats suffering from mastotic model of hyperplasia of mamary glands. Intra abdominal injection of exogenous benzoic acid and estradiol was used to make rat model of hyperplasia of mamary glands. After injection of benzoic acid and estrodiol,the contents of estrogen in rat plasma increased significantly and the tissue of mamary glands had significant hyperplasia. In comparison to normal group,there was a significant difference, incicating that model was succesful to be established. While, after point injection,the contents of estrogen in rat plasma decreased significantly and pathoginic changes in tissue of mamary glands abated greatly. In comparison to model group, there was a significant difference between them. It concluds that there is an inhibition effect on hyperplasia of mamary glands by point injection.
