针刺配合康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察针刺配合康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效.方法 将136例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为三组,治疗组48例采用针刺配合康复治疗:对照1组35例采用西医治疗:对照2组53例采用西医治疗和康复治疗.结果 治疗前后神志、语言、肢体运动功能评分差值比较,治疗组、对照1组、对照2组分别为(7.88±3.98)、(4.01±2.88)、(6.01±3.59)分:总有效率分别为91.7%、51.4%、71.7%:治疗组总有效率均优于对照1组、对照2组(均P<0.01). 结论针刺配合康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效较好.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation in treating stroke hemiplegia.Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly allocated to three groups.The treatment group of 48 cases received acupuncture plus rehabilitation; control group 1 of 35 cases, Western medical treatment; control group 2 of 53 cases,Western medical treatment plus rehabilitation.Results A pre-/post-treatment difference in the consciousness, speech and limb motor function score was 7.88±3.98 in the treatment group, 4.01±2.88 in control group 1 and 6.01±3.59 in control group 2.The total efficacy rates were 91.7％, 51.4％ and 71.7％, respectively.The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in control group 1 and in control group 2 (both P＜0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus rehabilitation has a better therapeutic effect on stroke hemiplegia.
