双穴针灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症继发胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床研究

摘要

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacies of double-point acupuncture and moxibustion versus conventional acupuncture and moxibustion in treating thoracolumbar compression fracture secondary to primary osteoporosis.MethodOne hundred volunteerss were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups.The treatment group received double-point acupuncture and moxibustion and the control group, conventional acupuncture and moxibustion. Treatment was given once daily. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after 20 treatments.ResultThe marked efficacy and cure rate was 94.0%in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionDouble-point acupuncture and moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect than conventional acupuncture and moxibustion in treating thoracolumbar compression fracture secondary to primary osteoporosis.%目的：对比观察双穴针灸与常规针灸法治疗原发性骨质疏松症继发胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果，探求治疗原发性骨质疏松症继发胸腰椎压缩性骨折的针灸有效组合方法。方法将100例志愿者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用双穴针灸，对照组采用常规针灸法，每日1次，治疗20次后观察两组疗效。结果治疗组愈显率为94.0%，对照组愈显率为50.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论双穴针灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症继发胸腰椎压缩性骨折有较好的作用，且较常规针灸法效果好。
