目的：观察调神通络针法对脑白质疏松症患者颈动脉血流动力学的影响。方法对60例脑白质疏松症患者采用调神通络针刺法治疗，观察患者治疗前后简易智力量表(MMSE)及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分，并比较治疗前后颈动脉血流动力学各项指标。结果患者治疗后MMSE评分及MoCA评分与治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。患者治疗后颈总动脉、颈内动脉及椎动脉血流动力学各项指标(收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张期末流速、血管阻力指数及血管搏动指数)与治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论调神通络针刺法能改善脑白质疏松症患者的认知障碍，同时对患者颈动脉血流动力学改变有显著作用。%Objective To investigate the effect of mind-regulating and collateral-unblocking acupuncture on carotid hemodynamics in leukoaraiosis patients. Methods Sixty leukoaraiosis patients were treated with mind-regulating and collateral-unblocking acupuncture. The Mini Mental Sate Examination (MMSE) score and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score were recorded in the patients before and after treatment. Pre-and post-treatment carotid hemodynamic indices were compared. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the MMSE score and the MoCA score (P<0.01) and in common carotid, internal carotid and vertebral artery hemodynamic indices (peak systolic blood flow velocity, end-dystolic flow velocity, vascular resistance index and vascular pulsation index) (P<0.05) in the patients. Conclusions Mind-regulating and collateral-unblocking acupuncture can improve cognitive disorder in leukoaraiosis patients. Meanwhile, it has a marked improving effect on carotid hemodynamics in the patients.
