穴位贴敷合玉屏风散加味治疗虚人感冒疗效观察

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application plus modified Yu Ping Feng decoction in treating cold due to weak constitution.MethodNinety-six patients with cold due to weak constitution were divided into two groups. The control group was intervened by regular Western medicine, while the treatment group was by acupointapplication plus modified Yu Ping Feng decoction.ResultThe total effective rate was 91.7% (44/48) in the treatment group, significantly higher than 79.2%(38/48) in the control group. A one-year follow-up study found that the disease duration and relapse frequency in the treatment group were markedly shorter and less than that in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionAcupoint application plus modified Yu Ping Feng decoction can produce a significant efficacy in treating cold due to weak constitution.%目的：观察穴位贴敷合玉屏风散加味治疗虚人感冒的临床疗效。方法将96例虚人感冒患者分为两组，对照组采用常规西医治疗，治疗组采用穴位贴敷合玉屏风散加味治疗。结果治疗组总有效率达91.7%(44/48)，明显高于对照组的79.2%(38/48)，随访1年治疗组感冒症状持续时间和再次感冒就诊次数明显少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论穴位贴敷合玉屏风散加味治疗虚人感冒疗效显著。
