火针对子宫内膜异位症患者CA-125水平及EMAb的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of fire needling on tumor marker CA-125 levels and endometrial antibody (EMAb) in endometriosis patients.Methods Eighty endometriosis patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 43 cases and a control group of 37 cases. The treatment group received fire needling and the control group took gestrinone capsules. CA-125 levels and EMAb were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.Results CA-125 levels and EMAb positive rate decreased significantly in the two groups after treatment compared with before (P<0.05) but there were no statistically significant post-treatment differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Fire needling has a good interference effect on CA-125 levels and EMAb in endometriosis patients.%目的：观察火针对子宫内膜异位症患者肿瘤标志物CA-125水平及抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)的影响。方法将80例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组37例。治疗组采用火针治疗，对照组采用孕三烯酮胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗前后CA-125水平及EMAb阳性率的改善情况。结果两组治疗后CA-125水平及EMAb阳性率均较同组治疗前有明显下降(P＜0.05)，但两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论火针对子宫内膜异位症患者CA-125水平及EMAb具有较好的干预效果。
