针刺配合放血疗法治疗脑卒中后感觉障碍疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察针刺配合放血疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体感觉障碍的临床疗效。方法将90例脑卒中后肢体感觉障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例。治疗组采用针刺配合放血疗法治疗，对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后病类积分及运动功能评分变化情况，并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后病类积分及运动功能评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗组治疗后病类积分及运动功能评分与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组总有效率为91.1%，对照组为66.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论针刺配合放血疗法是一种治疗脑卒中后感觉障碍的有效方法，能改善患者的各种临床症状及运动功能。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy for post-stroke limb sensory disturbance.Methods Ninety patients with post-stroke limb sensory disturbance were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 45 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy and the control group, acupuncture alone. The disease and motor function were scored in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the disease score and the motor function score in the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the disease score and the motor function score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was 91.1% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions Acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy is an effective way to treat post-stroke sensory disturbance. It can improve the clinical symptoms and motor function in the patients.
