Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dong's extra-point pricking bloodletting therapy for female chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type. Methods One hundred and twenty female patients with chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type were randomized to treatment and control groups, 60 cases each. The control group received Dong's extra-point pricking bloodletting therapy and the treatment group, conventional acupuncture. The symptom and sign score was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 95.5％ in the treatment group and 81.7％ in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The pre-/post-treatment symptom and sign score difference value was (0.98±0.23) in the treatment group and (0.81±0.18) in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Dong's extra-point pricking bloodletting therapy is an effective way to treat female chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type.%目的 观察董氏奇穴刺血疗法治疗女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的临床疗效.方法 将120例女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例.治疗组采用董氏奇穴刺血疗法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗.观察两组治疗前后症状体征评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为95.0％,对照组为81.7％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗前后症状体征评分差值为(0.98±0.23)分,对照组为(0.81±0.18)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 董氏奇穴刺血疗法是一种治疗女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的有效方法.
