燃煤锅炉改造为燃气锅炉技术经济分析

摘要

To solve the contradiction of energy supply/demand and environmental pollution, the technology of transforming coal-fired boiler to gas-fired boiler has been discussed recently, and demonstrated by the technical and economic analysis combining with the engineering case. It points out that by choosing the alternative reasonably, the gas-fired Boiler is the main method of transforming coal-fired boiler, and it can meet the profits, environmental protection policy and energy policy as well.%伴随能源供需和环境污染的矛盾日益突出，在用燃煤锅炉进行天然气替代改造问题，引起管理部门和专家学者的关注，并进行了有益的研究。通过对燃煤锅炉的燃气替代中不同方案的技术经济分析，并结合工程实践，论证了燃煤锅炉天然气替代的经济性和可行性。结论表明，通过合理选择替代方案和工程实施，天然气锅炉能符合企业经济利益和社会环保政策、能源政策的发展趋势，是目前锅炉建设及改造的主要方向。
