探究成本管理新理念--信息系统成本管理

摘要

粗框的成本管理模式是我国工业化进程的最大障碍，将信息系统融合到工业化的成本管理中，为我国企业进一步改革指明了方向。文章首先对信息系统做简单介绍，再从企业成本管理水平较低的原因入手，进而分析信息系统在企业成本管理中的优势，最后着重探究信息系统进行成本管理的有效途径。%Raw cost management mode is the biggest obstacle to Chinese industrialization process. Information system integration with industrialization cost management shows a new direction for Chinese enterprises further reform. This article firstly introduces information system, then starts with low enterprise cost management level, analyzes advantages of information system in enterprise cost management, finally explores effective ways to how to carry out manage information system in cost management.
