无毒防锈颜料概况及其新发展

摘要

防锈颜料是防腐蚀涂料的主要组成部分，它对金属底材起着阻隔腐蚀介质、钝化金属表面等作用，从而保护金属免受腐蚀损害并延长金属材料的使用寿命，然而许多防锈颜料含有对人体有害的重金属，于是不断有无重金属的无毒防锈颜料新品取而代之，而随着环保法规的日趋严格，更有对生态友好的防锈颜料陆续问世。%Anti-corrosion pigments are a major component of anti- corrosion coating. It plays a role of barriering corrosive media and passivating metal surface for metal substmte, thus protects metals from corrosion damage and extends the service life of metal materials. However, many anti-corrosion pigments contain harmful heavy metals, then uninterruptedly new non-toxic anti-corrosion pigments free from heavy metals are used as substitex of them. And with the increasingly stringent environmental regulations, more eco-friendly anti-corrosion pigments gradually come.
