空蚀是水力机械和水工建筑的主要破坏形式之一。研制了一种聚天冬氨酸酯聚脲弹性体材料,制成涂层后,在空蚀模拟试验机上进行抗加速空蚀性能研究。结果表明:研制的聚天冬氨酸酯聚脲弹性体材料与改性环氧树脂材料和刚性聚天冬氨酸酯聚脲材料相比,具有更优异的抗空蚀性能,在水工领域具有广阔的应用前景。%The cavitation erosion is one of the main erosion manners on the hydraulic machines and buildings. A polyaspartate polyurea elastomer material was developed, which was applied in anticavitation test. The results showed that compared with the modified epoxy materials and rigid polyaspartate polyurea materials, the polyaspartate polyurea elastomer have more excellent anticavitation performance, and has broad application prospects in the hydraulic field.
