研究了温度、盐度和光照强度对浒苔孢子附着率的影响。试验结果发现:环境因子为温度25℃、盐度2.5%和光照强度3000 lux时,浒苔孢子易附着。经浒苔孢子附着因素的敏感性分析发现:温度、盐度和光照强度对附着率的敏感度依次为29.9、31.9和14.7,其中盐度变化对浒苔孢子附着率影响最为敏感。在制备新型防污涂料时,改变铜、锌化合物的防污剂为无毒盐类防污剂,对于消除浒苔孢子附着具有重要理论意义。%The influences of temperature,salinity and light intensity on the adhesion rate of enteromorpha spore were studied. Temperature of 25℃,salinity of 25% and light intensity of 3 000 lux were showed to be the most favorable for the adhesion of enteromorpha spore. The sensitivity analysis of experimental data showed that the sensitivity of temperature,salinity and light intensity on the adhesion rate were respectively 14.7,31.9 and 29.9. The salinity was the most sensitive. The copper, zinc compound antifouling agent was transferred into the non-toxic antifouling agent during the production of new type of antifouling coatings, which showed important theoretical basis to eliminate adhesion of enteromorpha spore.
