以水性硅丙树脂为主体树脂,以空心玻璃微珠为隔热填料,配合着色颜料、填料以及助剂,制备了工业带温设备用水性隔热涂料.研究了主体树脂、隔热填料类型与添加量以及施工方式对涂料性能的影响.试验结果表明:当空心玻璃微珠G-2添加量为配方量的15%时,涂料的综合性能最佳且其导热系数能够降低至0.041 W/(m·K),同时,采用喷涂方式施工的涂层的隔热性能优于采用刮涂方式施工的涂层.%Water-based thermal insulation coatings for industrial heating equipment was prepared by waterborne silicone acrylate resin as main resin,hollow glass microspheres as insulation filler,with coloring pigments,fillers and additives. The influence of main resin,heat insulation filler type,adding amount and construction method on the performance of the coatings was studied. The results indicated that the thermal conductivity of coating can be reduced to 0.041 W/(m·K)and the coating showed best comprehensive performance when the hollow glass microspheres G-2 amount was 15%. The heat insulation performance of coating which was prepared by spraying is better than that of the coating prepared by scraping.
