In order to solve the problem of discoloration and falling off of the coating for the muffler of wheeled armored vehicle in the high-temperature(350-550℃) and alternating temperature environment,a epoxy-modified silicone heat-resistant paint was developed. Its preparation method,technical indicators,testing and construction methods were described. Through the relevant tests,the feasibility of the paint was verified. At the same time,the applications of the paint on the vehicle and the mass production were introduced.%为解决轮式装甲车消音器在高温(350~550℃)和多变温度环境下涂层易出现变色、脱落的质量问题,研制了一种环氧改性有机硅耐热漆,并对其制备方法、漆膜技术指标及检测、施工方法进行了阐述.通过相关试验,验证了该漆的可行性,同时介绍了其上车考核及批量生产的应用情况.
