无机晶体光学材料偏硼酸钡合成研究进展

摘要

Barium metaborate exist two isomeric structures,α-phase at high temperature and β-phase at low temperature.In this paper,properties and application of inorganic crystal optical material barium metaborate are briefly introduced,and the synthesis research progress in recent thirty years is summarized.%偏硼酸钡（BBO）有两种同质异构体,即高温相偏硼酸钡（α-BBO）和低温相偏硼酸钡（β-BBO）。简要介绍了无机晶体光学材料偏硼酸钡的特性和用途。综述了其近30年来的合成研究进展情况。
