玻璃纤维/聚苯硫醚纤维复合烟气除尘滤料制备

摘要

A new type glass fiber/polyphenylene sulfide complex filter material was researched, which improved the efficiency of industrial fume purification.The production technology of new material was introduced, the mechanical properties and air permeability under different high temperature and treating time were discussed.The results are shown that the new complex filter material has simple production flow, has good filter effect and easy to remove ash.%文章针对工业烟尘高温、化学成分复杂、运用时间长等特点,研发了新型玻璃纤维/聚苯硫醚纤维复合烟气除尘滤料,以达到高效净化工业烟尘的目的.文章介绍了该滤料的生产技术,研究了高温条件、处理时间对复合烟气除尘滤料力学性能和透气量的影响.研究表明研发的新型复合滤料具有制备工艺简单、过滤效果优、清灰简易等优点.
