洁净钢高效生产工艺集成技术探讨

摘要

This article describes briefly basic concept of the clean steel efficient production, introduces emphatically the main production technologies of the clean steel, including hot metal pretreatment, slag control, secondary refining, liquid steel protection and slab control techniques. The trend and effect are proposed for integrating process of the large scale and low cost production clean steel.%简述了洁净钢高效生产的基本概念，着重介绍了洁净钢生产的主要工艺手段，包括铁水三脱技术、炉渣控制技术、炉外精炼技术和钢水保护及铸坯质量控制技术，分析了洁净钢批量、低成本生产的工艺集成趋势及其效果。
