济钢3200 m3高炉渣系变化对炉况的影响分析

             

摘要

Through analyzing normal process data by regression analysis method from blow-in of Jinan Steel’s 3 200 m3 BF the influence laws by slag volume, the content of Al2O3 and MgO in slag, binary basicity to BF’s permeability, desulphurization efficiency and hearth heat reserve were found out. The results showed that under the condition of high Al2O3 and high S load to control the MgO within 10%-10.5%and the binary basicity R2 within 1.15-1.2 the BF’s permeability will get improvement and the BF smooth, and technical and economical index progress will also get advanced.%通过回归分析济钢3200 m3高炉开炉以来炉况正常情况下的操作数据,找出了高炉渣比、渣中Al2O3含量、渣中MgO含量、二元碱度对高炉透气性、脱硫效率以及炉缸热储备水平的影响规律,指出在炉渣Al2O3及S负荷均较高情况下,将渣中MgO控制在10%~10.5%,二元碱度R2控制在1.15~1.2之间,可改善高炉透气性,促进高炉顺行和指标进步。
